Dell President’s Day Deals: Last Chance for Electing to Save Hundreds of Dollars

[ad_1]

President’s Day is upon us and one of our favorite manufacturers is hitting it hard. Dell just launched their Innovation that Wins sale, serving up with deals that run the gamut on a wide range of products for all kinds of users, from performance-crazed gamers to price-conscious students. We’re seeing sizable savings of up to $800 on popular lines like Inspiron, XPS, and Alienware for both laptops and desktops. And don’t forget the monitors either. Whatever you need, Dell’s got it for cheap right now.

Let’s lead off with a really tasty price cut on a Dell desktop that’ll cover all the bases for a home PC. Dell’s XPS (“eXtreme Performance System”) line is where they let it all hang out and deliver high-end components for the serious user. This desktop is the latest model of the 2022 redesign, which we reviewed very positively and said that “for a high-performance tower without any drama, the XPS Desktop is aces.” The on-sale configuration is choice, with a 13th Gen Intel Core i7-13700 processor, a GeForce RTX 4070 GPU. a whopping 32GB of RAM and a total of 3TB storage across two drives.

Inspiron is one of Dell’s best known lines and has been in production since 1998. This is the lowest price we’ve seen on the Inspiron 15 3523, which includes a snappy Ryzen 7 processor, a 1TB SSD, and 16GB of RAM. The 15.6-inch display has a 1,920-by-1,080 resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, providing clear HD image quality with enough space to be productive without the need for a second monitor.

Sure, resolution is great, but what really makes a gaming monitor worth its salt is how fast the image refreshes. Keeping up with your GPU lets you react to the action quicker, and support for both Nvidia G-Sync and FreeSync on this 240Hz display makes it ideal for any battlestation. In our review, we praised its effective 1080p and multi-adjustable stand. $50 off is a solid price drop.

Let’s be honest: one of Alienware’s biggest draws is the customizable RGB lighting. The x16 offers customization in spades from the strip around the rim of the rear chassis to the touchpad, making for a very unique aesthetic. Looks aside, this model has an Intel i7 CPU, RTX 4060 GPU, a huge 2TB SSD, and 16GB of RAM. This will easily handle modern day gaming in addition to resource intensive tasks like rendering and editing. Our reviewer gave a similar configuration an excellent rating, lauding it for effective performance and an excellent 16-inch display with a 240Hz refresh rate and 2,560-by-1,600 resolution.

The Alienware Aurora R16 won our editor’s choice award as a “smart, understated step forward for Alienware.” The change in tower structure is not only aesthetic: it improves airflow and makes for quieter performance. The RTX 4080 alone is worth the price of admission, but add to that a 14th Gen Intel i9 processor and you’re future-proofed even as games and applications become more demanding of your hardware.

Your top-of-the-line graphics card deserves a monitor that will bring out the best in it, treating each polygon and ray of digital light with the love and care they deserve. This curved 34-inch OLED monitor is the pinnacle of display greatness, providing excellent picture quality and a lightning-fast refresh rate. Our reviewer was impressed, calling it “a top OLED contender.”
